Frequently Asked Questions
-
Following completion of all onboarding requirements, credential verification, and government background suitability, providers will receive additional guidance outlining the steps for supporting continuity of care for established patients during the transition.
Authorizations issued under the previous Military OneSource contract do not carry over, even if the participant had authorized sessions remaining. To continue care, the participant must call Military OneSource at 800-342-9647 to obtain a new authorization under the Leidos contract.
The new authorization must be linked to both the participant and an approved provider in the Leidos network. Military OneSource will then rematch the participant and provider and issue a new authorization code.
Participants may request a specific provider. However, Military OneSource cannot issue the authorization until the provider has completed the required security clearance process and completed all required Relias training.
-
Leidos QTC onboarding requirements, including fingerprints, background checks and credential verification, along with provider training and a Leidos security screening must be completed before providers can be granted system access.
The MOS Leidos QTC Provider Journey Map provides a step-by-step overview of what to expect—from recruiting, credentialing, security processing and training through active referrals, payment and ongoing support.
Refer to the journey map for key milestones, required actions, available resources and the appropriate contact for questions at each stage of your provider journey.
-
After setting up your Okta authentication, you can access the Military OneSource Provider Portal. We recommend bookmarking this page for future use.
In the portal, you can access the Provider Handbook, provider resources and the Client Activity Record (CAR).
Participants you served under the previous contract will not appear in the portal. As Military OneSource refers participants to you under the Leidos contract, their cases will automatically appear in your Provider Portal.
