The Opportunity

Deliver brief, solution-focused counseling within a structured federal program focused on resilience and readiness.

  • 1–12 session model
  • Stress management and life transition support
  • Communication and relationship skill-building
  • Outreach workshops and psychoeducation
  • Referrals when needs exceed program scope

You’ll practice within a clearly defined scope designed to support prevention, early intervention, and a meaningful federal mission.

Schedule & Structure

Employment Options

1099: Assignment-based scheduling to supplement existing practice
W-2: Structured part-time schedule with organizational support

Employment type varies by assignment and location.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health discipline
  • Active, unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC/LPCC/LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist)
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to meet federal credentialing requirements

Federal field and community-based sites nationwide, including:

  • Southern and Southwestern regions
  • Northern U.S. regions

  • Western and Midwestern states
